the views are magnificent, but the room was not even close to the pictures seen online. No hot water for a shower and the sink backed up, what a disappointment! i was also expecting a complimentary upgrade for the inconveniences, but apparently only the 'special' guests get that treatment here, just couldn’t leave a good review.

The facilities are quite basic!!! A toilet without privacy seems like a poorly thought-out design choice!!! Also, having a steep entry drive could definitely use improvements to make it easier for guests!!!

I had a great time with a gorgeous view of Alajuela, and the spacious apartment made our stay very comfortable. However, the bathroom could really use some upgrades.

I stayed in the Double Room with Mountain View for one night and it was really comfy. Everything worked well, and the view of the valley during the day was just stunning! Rocio and the staff were super accommodating, especially with our late arrival. Just wish we could’ve enjoyed the breakfast, but we had an early trip to the Poás volcano.

Amazing view from the terrace. super spacious with a kitchen and nice decor! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us even at 3 AM. It was a peaceful oasis.

No complaints from me.

We had an unforgettable stay, enjoying the breathtaking views from our room that overlooked San Jose. The breakfast was prepared with care, making our mornings start beautifully. However, the room's amenities could use some upgrades, as the lack of hot water was a bit disappointing.
